White Lies

A downloadable card game, you will need to print and cut the cards.

This game is for 3 - 6 players aged 16+. The purchased version doesn't have a watermark and comes with 96 cards.

The aim of White Lies is to call your friends out on their white lies and tell the truth or little white lies about your own cards in order to be the first person to get rid of their hand of cards.

Cards should be shuffled and 5 cards dealt to each player. The rest of the cards should be placed face down in the middle.

Start with the player who most recently told a lie and go clockwise.

They can either choose a card from their hand, place it face down in the discard pile, and pick up a new card OR choose a card from their hand, say it as if it’s true, and place it face up in the middle.

If anyone thinks they’re lying they can point to them and shout “Lies!”. If they are lying they have to draw two cards and the first player to call them out can get rid of one card unless they have two or less cards in their hand. If they’re telling the truth the first player to call them out has to draw a card.

First person to get rid of all the cards from their hand wins.
